Purpose of the processing
Personal data provided by the data subject (such as name, surname, national ID number, postal address and email address), as well as any data provided in the future as a result of the ongoing relationship, will be added to a record of processing activities owned by SEGUROX, S.L. for the following purposes:
- Commercial actions and intermediation in the provision of SEGUROX, S.L.'s own services.
- Carrying out informational surveys and service-quality assessments at various points in time.
- Proactive management of information security, so that all your data available online complies with GDPR principles.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of compliance functions and addressing information and privacy rights as set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, as well as exercising or defending against any complaints or claims of any kind that may arise from the relationship.

If the personal data provided belongs to a third party, the data subject guarantees that they have informed that third party of the Privacy Policy and obtained their authorization to provide their data to SEGUROX, S.L. for the purposes stated above. The data subject also guarantees that the data provided is accurate and up to date, and shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss arising from failure to comply with this obligation.
Data retention periods
Personal data provided will be retained for as long as the commercial or employment relationship continues, plus an additional period of 5 years, or for the period required under applicable law.
If the data subject withdraws their consent or exercises their right to cancellation or erasure, their data will be kept blocked and available to the courts for the periods legally established to address any liabilities that may arise from the processing of the personal data.
Legal basis for the processing
The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the service agreement relating to the arrangement of decennial insurance.
The prospective offering of products and services is based on the consent requested from you, and in no case shall the withdrawal of this consent affect the performance of the subscription agreement.
Origin of the personal data
The personal data processed by SEGUROX, S.L. comes from you, having been requested from you in order to establish the relationship for the provision of services.
